Please note:  when selecting an appointment, it is ONLY A REQUEST.  Your appointment has not officially been booked until you receive a confirmation email.  Please allow up to 24-hours for your request to be approved.  If the therapist has questions about your appointment, you may receive a follow-up email before receiving final approval.  Once requests are submitted, the time slot is no longer visible to others online, so rest assured your appointment will not be given to someone else.
